Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our utility operations. This role is essential in assisting customers with billing, service requests, and general inquiries while ensuring reliable and courteous service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding service, billing, payments, and outages for fiber and electric
- Process service connections, disconnections, and account updates
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system
- Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume or stressful situations
- Previous customer service experience preferred (utility experience a plus)
